I visited Seonbi Maeul with some acquaintances and we had an incredible dinner. We ordered the grilled duck bulgogi and the tofu hot pot, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The duck seasoning was perfect—not too salty and not too sweet, making it great for wraps. The tofu hot pot had a wonderfully refreshing and clean broth that was so satisfying. We also tried their corn dongdongju, which was undoubtedly the best alcohol I've tasted since arriving in Korea. Beyond the food, the service was truly exceptional. The owners constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Their warm hospitality was so touching; their enthusiastic farewell made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. This place is an absolute must-visit whenever I'm back in Pyeongchang.
