2026年3月20日) 友人と3泊4日の釜山旅行で、友人に盛味堂のユッケビビンパプを味あわせたく市外バスに乗り全州を訪れた。やはり美味い。付け合わせのパンチャンもまた美味。 2025年投稿) 釜山から市外バスで3時間、バスターミナルから市内バスで10分かけて、老舗店の盛味堂にやってきた。全州伝統ユッケビビンパプを注文。 女将さんらしきかたから、辛いけど大丈夫か聞かれ、大丈夫と回答。 具の下のご飯を見ると色が赤く既にコチュジャンで撹拌されており、客はこの上に乗せられた新鮮な具材と共に、さらに撹拌する形。 味は非常に良い。美味しい。さすが老舗店。 また来たい店です。. 全州では他の有名店を含め5軒ほどの店でビビンパを食べましたが、個人的にはここが圧倒的に一番美味しかったです。この店の特徴として、コチュジャンが最初からご飯に混ぜ合わされています。そのためご飯全体に味が染みていてとても味わい深くなっています。メニューが壁に掲げられたハングル表記のものしか無いのが難点ですが、メインはユッケビビンパか全州ビビンパしか無いためどちらか好きな方を頼めばいいだけなので問題はありません。.
