This hole in the wall restaurant is one of my favorite. It's ostensibly a Chinese lamb skewer/chops restaurant and indeed the lamb is great. I especially love the flavorful lamb chops which you grill yourself over charcoal, tableside. But what you come is for is the stir-fried eggplant, cooked with chilis, to absolute crispy and tender perfection. No batter but the genius cook fries it with just the right touch of "wok hey" getting the surface to crackling crispiness and leaving the inside soft but not gooey. My eggplant aficianado friends agree that it is among the best eggplant dishes in the world. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
