The boiled pork is so tender that it melts in your mouth. Paired with the savory, rich soy sauce, the umami flavor doubles. At first, the portion looked small, but once I started eating, it turned out to be plenty filling and satisfying. The kalguksu had a rich, refreshing broth that made it impossible to put down the spoon, and the noodles were pleasantly chewy. It would be even better if the dumplings came with one meat dumpling and one kimchi dumpling mixed together, but the taste is already excellent as is.
