If you’re tired of overpriced “Instagram-style” bingsu loaded with endless toppings and fruit, this place is a hidden gem. They keep it old-school — simple shaved ice with homemade sweet red beans, just like the kind many of us grew up eating. No unnecessary decorations, just an honest and incredibly delicious classic patbingsu done right. The homemade red bean topping tastes rich and comforting without being overly sweet, and the balance of flavors is perfect. You can really tell they care more about taste than trends. After a long hike, this bingsu tasted unbelievably refreshing and satisfying. Cold, sweet, and nostalgic all at once.
