The menu is simple Kalguksu Bibim Kalguksu Soybean Noodles Does this mean you have confidence in food? Anyway, I visited alone for a late lunch. I wanted to try several types, but Since I was alone, I ordered kalguksu. The day was so hot...even with the air conditioner on, it was still too hot. I think I waited about 10 minutes Afterwards, the kalguksu I ordered came out. The noodles were cooked very well. The noodles are not bland and seem to have some elasticity and seasoning. The soup is the most basic base with clams in it. The seasoning is just right even without adding soybean paste. It seems a little thin I am satisfied with Jjangachi and cabbage kimchi.
