O.M.G. This is non-negotiable, must-visit spot. I'm already mourning these amazing, super juicy pork ribs before heading back to New York! The technique is absolutely impressive: they masterfully de-bone and grill every last scrap of meat clinging to the bone. Excellent service, superb food, and the owner’s storytelling is truly memorable. I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
