Tuna restaurant serving literally sashimi from head to tail. Their own grated wasabi has a certain fresh sweetness not found in commercially bought wasabi. Highlight for me was their soy sauce marinated shrimp, tuna belly sushi, the tuna sashimi platter, the raspberry tuna tear (liquid found in the eye) and check this out, the noodle soup at the end, a comfortable broth that settles down the huge meal swimming in the tummy.
