As a devoted tofu lover, my visit to Myeongdoam-sudaddeul in Jeju was a delightful culinary experience! This family-style restaurant truly celebrates the art of tofu, offering a variety of dishes that highlight its versatility and flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for families to gather and share a meal. We started with their signature tofu stew, which was rich and comforting, bursting with fresh vegetables and perfectly seasoned broth. Each bite of the silky tofu melted in my mouth, showcasing the quality of their ingredients. We also tried several other tofu dishes, including crispy fried tofu and a refreshing tofu salad. Each dish was beautifully presented and filled with vibrant flavors. The portion sizes were generous, making it easy for our group to share and sample everything. The lady was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Myeongdoam-sudaddeul is not just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of tofu in a cozy, family-friendly setting.
