While visiting Daegu, I tried the Chinese bibimbap at Subong Chinese Restaurant and really enjoyed the savory, mildly spicy flavor. It had a nice addictive quality without being overpowering. If you go in expecting a much hotter dish, it may feel a little softer than you want, but I still found it worth trying. The jjamppong also sounded interesting from the menu.
