Yummy freshwater eel that comes pre-cooked but seared on the grill next to you. Recommended for a larger group as 1kg of freshwater eel is the minimum order. Its also best eaten once its done, with its crisp outside and fatty meat. It comes without any glaze but you can try it with the various sauces or on its own.
