We were the only people in the entire establishment so we thought 20 minutes was a long wait for two bagels and a coffee. Asked how much longer it would be and the guy told us five more minutes because he had been busy with delivery orders. Waited five more minutes and we were told to wait another five minutes. Asked for a full refund and cancelled the order. Very sad they places prioritise deliveries over customers who are physically waiting in front of them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
