visited the third branch on my last day in seoul for the dinner omakase. food was delectable - japanese cuisine with a modern twist, with dishes such as crispy-skinned grilled fish atop a bed of barley risotto providing an interesting contrast against traditional offerings like an impeccably fresh platter of sashimi. it was clear that the lady chef took much pride in her food. what made the dining experience even better was the service - admittedly, the wait in between courses could have been shorter, but i really appreciated the staff's attempts to introduce each dish despite the language barrier. in all, i would highly recommend this restaurant - creative and thoughtful cuisine at a reasonable price, coupled with warm and hospitable service.
