I recently visited a sushi omakase restaurant for the first time in a while. Since I’ve been trying to save money these days, I looked for a good value-for-money omakase place, and I made a reservation through Catch Table. Even though it was a weekday lunch, the restaurant was fully booked. The explanations were kind, the food was delicious, and I left feeling pleasantly full. The funniest moment was when the chef congratulated my 40-year-old wife on her “22nd birthday.” I thought it was hilarious and definitely something I want to use myself someday. We had a great time. I am very pleased by the atmosphere and sushi quality here. The lady chef is very skillful, the akami and chutoro are very tasty. And she was so kind and actively communicating with and taking care of me, making me feel very welcomed and warm. She said welcome to korea to me, and even offered me two cuts of their famous futomaki. Overall, in this price range, it is unbeatable. I will definitely come back soon.
