I have been going to this restaurant regularly for over ten years. Eating well is a serious matter for me, and it must be done in an appropriate atmosphere. Here, the chef does a great job; his cuisine is excellent and unparalleled in freshness. I can confirm that the chef and his team do truly exceptional work in a refined setting that focuses on the essential: taste. What's even more exceptional is the consistency of this restaurant: month after month, year after year, the quality remains the same. This restaurant is very important to me. I always have a wonderful time here, and I've found here my favorite sake: AKABU Junmai Ginjo! Loïc (로익; 옛 프랑스어 ㅋㅋ). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
