Previously at Kojima, Head Chef Sae Hoon Kwon now leads Sushi Miztei in Seoul. The restaurant features a simple, modern interior with an intimate 10-seat counter. The sushi was exceptional! Chef Kwon shared that he travels to Tokyo every two weeks to personally source the freshest seafood from top-tier purveyors. The rice was perfectly seasoned and complemented the variety of fresh fish beautifully. We visited for lunch and enjoyed the omakase, which was thoughtfully curated and expertly prepared. Although the restaurant can be a bit tricky to find, it’s well worth the effort. Chef Kwon’s attention to detail in every dish made this an unforgettable experience. I’ve found my new favorite sushi spot in Seoul; flavorful, refined, and reasonably priced. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩70,000–80,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
