This sushi restaurant stands out for its cheerful hospitality and its beautiful Hermès plates. The sushi rice was surprisingly firm—so much so that it didn’t blend well with the Neta. I’m not sure if that was intentional, but for me, it affected the overall balance. The fish itself was quite good, but the rice didn’t support it as well as it could have. As a left-handed diner, I also noticed that the direction of the sushi pieces kept changing between left- and right-handed orientation, which was a bit disappointing.
