The best omakase sushi place of my entire two week stay in Seoul (and I ate omakase daily). Chef prepares an elegant meal that is Japanese edo-mae style, all pieces pre-sauced and garnished. Rice is seasoned and great texture. Favorites and highlights: * Sashimi courses featured 3-4 types of aged fish, including some of the best tasting abalone I had during my entire trip. Abalone seems ubiquitous in Korean omakase places, and a lot of it simply boiled or poached; this was flavorful but delicately sweet. * 12 nigiri, included Japanese uni and bluefin, as well as some less commonly seen ones like hairy crab seasoned with crab liver and amaebi with its own roe. * Cooked dishes were interlaced between nigiris to enhance the overall experience, including chawanmushi with gingko nut, fugu tempura, and clam soup. Service is friendly and understanding even though I didn't speak Korean. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
