I only ate salmon sushi, but I think they have the best raw fish around here. There are many sushi restaurants that just use live fish, so the umami doesn't come through yet, but the salmon here had the right umami... ㅠㅜ In fact, the onions and sauce sprinkled on top make the taste seem shallow... You can even eat it after skimming it and dipping it in soy sauce...! Taste party
