It is a membership restaurant, sepcializing in Sushi Omakake by the owner Chef, Jinwook Lee who was from Sushi Cho, Westin Josun Seoul. He is very careful in selecting fresh and seasonal ingredients and his culinary art is beyond my expectation, artistic and divine! I can feel his confidence in his cuisine and I really enjoyed his journey of flavors. Part 1 17:00 ~ 19:30. Part 2 19:30 ~ 22:00 330,000 KRW per person 1) Hard to make a reservation 2) The Chef is very professional, handsome and friendly. 3) Very good balance but the tempo is somewhat fast in Part I (I recommend Part II for better tempo) 4) Tsumami, appetizer is unique and excellent, especially, steamed Abalone Tempura, Negidoro Inari Maki are very different style, very tasty! 5) His sushi is excellent in both size and taste. Especially, Shiroevi (white shrimp) and Uni are full of flavors! 6) Sake cup and Tokuri are unique 7) There is a PDR but I recommend the Sushi counter for better ambience.
