One of the best omakase experiences I have ever had. Having tried many omakase in Japan and around the US I was extremely impressed by this dining experience. Best abalone I have ever had - perfectly prepared. Staff made sure we had a great experience despite us not speaking Korean.Would recommend for anyone looking for sushi in buson. Visited sushi issen as part of our honeymoon trip to Korea in December 2023. Dinner omakase was roughly 100,000 Won per person. Drinks for additional purchase. Food portion: 10/10 Quality of food: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 Fresh seasonal seafood was served, and you have a chance to take a photo & video as they prepare it in front of you. Luckily we spoke korean, so it was easy to understand, but if you are visiting without the ability to speak the korean language, they mentioned that they would at least run google translate, so everyone gets the experience of omakase - explaination of what you're eating. In terms of booking, we were able to easily book it as foreigner through "catchtable" application. We would visit again if we visit busan again!
