[A Gem in Pangyo: Sushi Hiro Dinner Review] This is a welcoming, one-person restaurant run by a chef from 'Sushi Shimizu' in Sinsa. Thanks to the well-seasoned and perfectly dry shari (sushi rice), it is an absolute dream for pairing with drinks! You can instantly tell they use high-quality ingredients and have an excellent aging process, especially with the Shimaaji (striped jack) and Anago (conger eel). Another huge charm is that it transforms into a late-night shochu bar after 10 PM, so you can easily enjoy both your first and second rounds in one place. Because the chef handles everything alone, the serving pace is quite relaxed. It's an ideal environment for visiting with friends and having unhurried conversations. The chef is also incredibly friendly and attentive, making it a warm, comfortable space for solo drinking as well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+
