I recently visited Suage and tried their Soup Curry with gaku-ni (braised pork), and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of deep spice flavors without being overwhelming. The gaku-ni was incredibly tender and flavorful, melting in my mouth with every bite. The vegetables were also perfectly cooked and paired well with the curry. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys comforting and flavorful Japanese curry dishes.
