Sweet Paprika was one of the best restaurant discoveries of our trip to Busan. The service was exceptionally fast, attentive, and welcoming, and everything we ordered was fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious. We had borscht, chicken shashlik, country-style potatoes, a fresh vegetable salad and crepes. The vegetable salad was especially impressive: a large plate filled with properly chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and other fresh vegetables. It was refreshing to receive a real, generous vegetable salad rather than a small amount of vegetables served mainly with lettuce. I ordered three portions of chicken shashlik, and every one of them was excellent: juicy, tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The country-style potatoes were delicious, and the borscht was rich, comforting, and very well prepared. I also really appreciated the tea. It was properly brewed and served in a teapot rather than coming as a basic tea bag. As someone who genuinely enjoys tea, this small detail made the experience even better. I am personally not a big fan of Korean cuisine - it is simply not quite to my taste. After spending a week in Korea, I was really craving familiar, hearty, home-style food, and Sweet Paprika was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Sweet Paprika to tourists who want a break from local cuisine, miss familiar Eastern European food, or simply want a filling, comforting, and carefully prepared meal. It is also a great choice for families or anyone looking for friendly service and generous portions. Everything was served quickly, tasted homemade, and exceeded our expectations. Sweet Paprika is now one of the places I will remember most warmly from Busan, and I will definitely return the next time I visit the city. What a hidden gem in Busan! I ate their Borscht, meat with mashed potatoes, salad and pancakes. Everything was so tasty I couldn’t stop eating The atmosphere and the owners were so friendly as well. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The selection of dishes was good and the food was tasty. The portion of pelmenis was generous, though the potato salad was rather small.
