I visited Staff Picks Cafe on November 2, 2023, with high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unfriendly service. It seemed as though the staff's attitude soured when they heard us speaking English and asking questions about the menu. When I inquired about special drinks and sought recommendations, the staff curtly responded, 'Two people? Order just one drink?' My friend also shared the disappointment with that attitude because she was just waiting to order right after me as we wanted separated bills. This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and deflated. We believe that everyone has off days, and we hope this feedback can contribute to ensuring a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, regardless of their background or language.
