The name of this restaurant is Sioldon. It is cozy but has a very pleasant, calm atmosphere. Famous signature dishes here include the Kimchi Nabe Tonkatsu and the Rosu Katsu (loin tonkatsu). The taste is excellent. The outside of the katsu is very crispy while the inside is tender, making it easy to eat without any discomfort. (Side note: In Korea, this texture—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—is called "Geotbasokchok.") Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
