The new place felt stuffy and cramped because it had too many tables. The atmosphere was noisy due to echoes, and my party and I had to raise our voices to have a conversation. In particular, I doubted if the owner's attitude was fitting for a 'Blue Ribbon' (renowned/certified) establishment. When I pointed out a difference between the actual situation and the information I found online, I was extremely disappointed by the owner's arrogant behavior, where they dismissed me as a 'difficult customer' (jin-sang sonnim).
