Grabbed dinner here and the quality was excellent. I ordered the beef seolleongtang, and the broth was incredibly rich and creamy with that classic milky white colour, yet still tasted clean and not too heavy. The beef was very tender, though I do wish there was a bit more of it in the soup. The side dishes, including the cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi, were both really well done and complemented the soup nicely. I also got the dumplings — they were generously sized, with a very flavourful filling and a well-made wrapper. Overall, a satisfying and high-quality meal, but more beef in the soup would have been better. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
