I ordered the signature dish - Uni jjiangmian. The sauce comes separately with the noodles. The sauce is thick with mince meat but the taste is not a “Wow” experience compared to the ones I’ve eaten in Busan. The noodles is smooth and chewy. Service was fast but kind of noisy. I came ard 2pm, waited about 10-15 min. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The restaurant was at Incheon chinatown. 간짜장 was very good. Also, 찹쌀탕수육 was very crispy outside. The price point was on a pricey side. We like to try course menu next time. Did not like our seats since it was right next to a lady washing dishes. Also, had to repeat to get hot tea. They only accept reservation for 5 or more people. Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
