As a matcha lover and someone who flys all around the world for work, especially Japan and has experienced many matcha drinks / soufflés this is so impressive and one of my favourites now. I almost couldn't just go in and out. It was so delicious that I almost collapsed. I will definitely come back next time. Coffee patbingsu is really an art. Next time, mango shaved ice.
