The worst service ever. I ordered stake & avocado wrap which there was no sign or announcement that I cannot change my sauce or vegetable. I was okay with veges but asked to change Mayonnaise to other sauce since I have severe egg york allergy. Sandwich makers were keep repeating "I can't do that because It's company's policy." I asked them one more time ans explaining my allergy and all they said was, "we can't do anything about it" (not even a sorry) As a result, I could not change the wrap or get any sauce. I had to eat very bland HEALTHY WRAP with no sauce at all. I was shocked with their poor attitude and customer service which I have never experienced in overseas. I've visited many subway restaurants in different countries since I could rely on their customizing option. I would never visit this place again. Restaurant was dirty and sticky even tho there were 3 employees and I was the only customer. There were so busy talking in the back of the kitchen. I wonder if Subway headquarter know this poor education about allergy which can actually kill people.
