I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff member serving me used the same gloves when handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, which is unacceptable and concerning, especially for someone with dietary restrictions. On top of that, the service attitude was poor. When I requested a reasonable amount of vegetables (as I was vegetarian and there were very limited options), I was initially given only a very small portion. When I politely asked for more, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive response along the lines of “how is that my fault?”, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I had just arrived after a long journey and explained I was vegetarian, but this was not taken into consideration. The interaction felt rushed and lacking basic customer care. To their credit, the manager did step in and apologise for the situation. However, the overall experience with the staff member in question was poor enough that it overshadowed the visit. Service: 1
