2025년 7월 31일 12시 20분 근무 했던 알바생 2명 굉장히 불친절 합니다!! 당시 매장에 테이블 손님 1팀, 주문하는 사람도 없었고 매장 말그대로 완전 한가했습니다. 바쁘면 이해하지만 완전히 한가한 상태인데 응대가 이래서 되나요? 둘중 누군가가 사장이라면 더더욱 응대를 그렇게 하면 안되죠. 밥 먹으러 왔다가 기분이 너무 나빠요. 제 돈내고 제가 이렇게까지 기분이 나빠야 하나요? 직원 관리 좀 제대로 하세요. 1. 메뉴 주문부터 썩은표정에 말투 불친절 2. 타매장보다 적은 치즈양 (정량 의심 1) 3. 중간에 알바생이 헷갈려서 잘못 조리했지만 사과 없고 내용물만 옮겨담음 4. 토스팅 끝까지 안함, 야채든 뭐든 던짐 5. 소스 없으면 채워서 줘야지 테이블에 탁탁 치고 뿌지직 끝 (정량 의심 2) 6. 영수증 묻지않고 당연하다는 듯 생략 7. 콜라 안내없어 기다리게하고, 콜라 달라고하니 쳐다보지도 않고 불친절한 말투로 꺼내가라함 Two part-time staff working at 12:20 PM on July 31st, 2025 were extremely rude and unprofessional. At the time, there was only one group dining in, and no one was placing an order — the store was completely empty. If they were busy, I could understand, but there is absolutely no excuse for such poor customer service in a calm setting like this. If either of them is the owner, it’s even more unacceptable. I came to enjoy a meal and ended up feeling terrible. Why should I have to feel this way after spending my own money? Please manage your staff properly. 1. The employee showed a sour expression and spoke rudely from the moment I ordered. 2. The amount of cheese was noticeably less than other locations very likely under the standard portion. 3. One of them made a mistake during preparation but didn’t even apologize, just transferred the filling to a new bread. 4. They didn’t even finish toasting, and tossed the veggies and ingredients around carelessly. 5. When sauces ran out, they didn’t refill — just slammed the bottle on the counter and walked away. Another under-portion suspicion. 6. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt — just skipped it as if it’s optional. 7. Didn’t tell me where the Coke was. I had to wait unnecessarily. When I asked for it, they didn’t even look at me and rudely told me to grab it myself. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
