If you are looking for restaurants in the Pengsung / Camp Humphreys are that are both authentic and high quality, there aren’t many options. Arirang is one of the clear exceptions. They won’t change their quality to meet foreign tastes, but after you go you will never want them to. They have a wide variety of high quality meats, great accompaniments like steamed egg and Dwengjang soup, and fantastic side dishes like homemade kimchi. Their beef is some of the best around and reasonably price due to their relationship with local wholesale and butchery. If you are looking for something lighter on the wallet, the samkyupsal and dwejigalbi have superior taste and quality for extremely reasonable prices. Ive been in Korea almost 25 years and been all over the country; Arirang is up there with the best of them for outstanding flavor, great service, traditional atmosphere and authentic experience. You won’t find trendy or gimmicky items on their menu… they do it old school and the right way with no shortcuts. They are one of the few locations in the area that has ample parking on site. Don’t think twice… take the short drive and just EAT!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was good. The staff and restaurant are very nice. Very popular place in the local area. My favorite KBBQ in the local area. Offers beef and pork. You can order individual items or full platters of either meat and different cuts.
