Inexcusable Lack of Service — We Walked Out I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience my wife and I had at this establishment warrants a warning to others. We walked in hopeful for a nice meal, but we were completely ignored from the moment we stepped through the door. A woman was stationed at the host desk, actively on her phone, and she made zero effort to acknowledge our presence. My wife and I stood directly in front of her for what felt like an eternity about 10 minutes. We even made eye contact multiple times, yet she still didn't say a single word to us, offer a greeting, or signal that she would be with us shortly. It was baffling and incredibly rude. We got the distinct impression that our business was unwanted. We ended up walking out to find a restaurant that actually values its customers. If this is the standard of hospitality they offer new guests, I can only imagine the quality of the dining experience. Utterly disappointing. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
