The broth tastes clean, pure and flavourful. Not pungent at all. But rather sweet, not too salty. And the Soondae is jam packed with textures, from crunchiness to soft, juiciness. This is probably one of the best soondaeguk I have ever had in Korea. Additionally, the staff is proficient in English, very hospitable. It is a family own restaurant and has been in business for 30 years - exactly since 1995. Whatever recipes and family traditions they have, its a national treasure. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Nope. Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction, you are missing out.
