We had an amazing experience at Asador in Busan. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is stylish and elegant, and we especially loved the open kitchen concept, which made the whole dining experience feel very special. We especially want to highlight the Chef, Daniel. He personally explained every single dish to us, which made the evening even more memorable. Every course was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Also the sommelier was excellent and helped us a lot with the wine selection. The wine pairing matched the food perfectly and really elevated the experience. If you are visiting Busan, you should definitely stop by this restaurant. Highly recommended! We fell in love with Asador, the food is beyond amazing. We had roasted veggies with butter nut squash sauce, the best tartare I have ever eaten, beautiful giant prawns and wine. Their black bread with truffle spread is dreamy. The service is amazing, the chef even came to see us. The somelier is very attentive and makes great reccomendations. Everything is sparkling clean and beautifully designed. We have been dreaming about last night's dinner all day so are going back for more tonight. A definite Busan place to visit.
