Today's menu is assorted fish sashimi, grilled octopus, sashimi salad, burdock japchae, water parsley, squid, green onion pancake, soybean paste stew, and mixed grain rice. All the food and side dishes were excellent, with a deep flavor reminiscent of the owner's long experience. However, it is unfortunate that business after the end of this month is slim due to problems with the landlord. It's been a long time since I tasted this kind of tteokgalbi. I'm also a cook. Usually, tteokgalbi is made by grinding the meat with a mincer and it has a texture like a hamburger patty, but here, the meat is minced by hand. I guess it’s the angle(?) of the meat particles that you feel in your mouth ? Respect of fine dining-quality tteokgalbi Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000
