Expect a wait, so try to book ahead. Their signature dumpling soup has a subtle, clean broth and six very hearty dumplings. While the macaroni salad side dish felt like an odd pairing, the meal overall was satisfying. It’s a filling lunch, but I'll definitely add a side dish next time. They offer various traditional Korean alcohols, so it’s a perfect place to introduce Korean cuisine to international guests. I ordered a few different dishes to try them one by one, and the dumpling soup and the soybean stew were the most impressive. The dumpling soup was very light and clean in flavour, and the broth was clear, similar to Korean beef and radish soup. The soybean stew contains pork backbone pieces, but the meat itself wasn’t particularly special. However, the soybean base was incredibly nutty and delicious. I think this is a great place if you’d like to experience North Korean–style cuisine in a simple and authentic way. 메뉴 하나씩 시켜서 먹었는데 만둣국과 비지가 인상적이었습니다. 만둣국은 굉장히 담백했고 국물은 소고기 무국처럼 맑았습니다. 비지 안에 등뼈가 들어가 있는데 고기는 생각보다 특별하지 않습니다. 비지가 정말 고소하고 맛있습니다. 이북 스타일에 음식 경험하기에 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다.
