It was my first time trying Yangmiri and it was very delicious. It is grilled whole with the head without any special preparation, and although it looks rough, the taste is excellent. Because Yangmiri has soft thorns, it does not require heavy labor to carefully remove the thorns. Pick up a large piece of lamb with only the head, backbone, and some internal organs removed, and dip it in a sauce mixed with soy sauce and wasabi. If you drink with alcohol, I recommend beer over soju. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
