"An authentic Korean restaurant that truly does food right." Korean cuisine is incredibly diverse, drawing ingredients from the land, sea, and mountains. Among them, soy-based dishes are at the very top. Alkong Dalkong is a traditional restaurant that makes its own tofu in-house. Here, you can experience fresh tofu served with a variety of banchan (Korean side dishes—though 'side dish' doesn't quite capture it, as banchan are meant to be eaten together with rice as part of the main meal). It's a place that prepares food with real care and authenticity. The fact that it's a favorite among local Koreans says all you need to know!
