It was amazing to cook it on charcoal. The seasoned bean sprouts and geotjeori served from the start were fresh, and the clam stew served was clearly and well seasoned, so my expectations were high, but the actual performance of the meat was not good... I don't know much about Jeju pork, but Jeju pork has a strong texture and is rather average. Shouldn’t it have a strong chewy texture and be crispy on the outside? The texture of this was neither soft nor pleasantly firm. But the flavor itself was better than the seasoned pork next to it. I only went there once though. Igayuk in front is better if it is thick and has a crispy texture, and Gyeongseong Sanghoe next door is better if it has a juicy meat and a moderately soft taste. The soybean paste stew was plentiful and good, but the meat noodles were ridiculously large and made me cringe. If you're just going to do this, I recommend adding beef bone seasoning or stock. And I don't know if it's because the fire is weak, but the staff is very close to the side and grills it all day long. On the other hand, it was very nice to roast green onions on the grill. And the staff is friendly.
