Searching for a place to study in Hongdae one day I came across this cafe, which is now one of my favorite places to study. During daytime there are not that much people, so it’s much less noisy in comparison with other cafes. As a foreigner, living in Korea, I noticed that cafes or eating places in Korea are pretty noisy, at least for me. So it’s a God’s blessing to find some quite place, where I can fully focus on my things. (But maybe it’s just a matter of time) Also some surprising point of ‘Yawning’ is friendly ENGLISH SPEAKING staff!! Always have a small chat with the staff there, when I come and it makes my day! Last but not least this cafe has my favorite espresso tonic in their menu!!! I never saw it in any cafe since I came to Korea. But it’s my most beloved drink in my home country. It makes me wanna come here everyday. What can be better than some fresh sparkling coffee on hot summer day?! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friend recommended here, There are a variety of alcohol and food that I expected. Also space was really nice and chill and there is a rooftop that I love. I ordered 2 quarter bottles, I like the idea that they make a quarter bottle. We can try different types of whisky and it was reasonable. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: coffe & hennessy 커피 & 헤네시, monkey shoulder 몽키숄더
