I was very much confused about this place in both good and bad ways. For starter, if you want good Korean beef (hanwoo) at reasonable price (400g at ~₩100,000), this place may work for you. While they don't have a wide range of side dishes, what they serve you, mostly sweet and sour, is good enough to enjoy the meat. I also appreciated that he put in effort to upgrade salt and wasabi by adding little something. However, I think the owner is very much confused about how he wants the restaurant to be. It has a potential and nice setup, but his choice of music or sappy 2000s k-pop nearly got me out of the restaurant at first. Additionally, his inconsistent choice of decor (xmas ornaments here and iron man, spider man toys, etc) really put me off. In conclusion, if you want a nice ambiance, Woodam might not be it.
