I searched for a good dessert spot in the area and found this café with quite strong local reviews. It took around 20 minutes for the soufflé pancake to arrive, which is totally normal for this kind of dessert, so I just took my time and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the café while waiting. The café is located just a minute away from the crowded coffee street, on the first floor of a quieter side street. It feels like one of those places mostly known by locals rather than tourists. The pancake looked great when it arrived, and the taste matched the presentation. It was fluffy, light, and really soft—almost melt-in-the-mouth texture. It paired really well with the creamy milk ice cream and syrup on top. A very relaxed dessert stop if you’re exploring the area and want something a bit quieter than the main café streets.
