Seochon is home to many cafes, and today I visited one called Apostrophe. I ordered the kaya French toast and an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelbesa G1 drip coffee. The coffee starts with a distinct lavender aroma, followed by the refreshing flavors of peaches, plums, and green grapes. This high-quality washed coffee from Ethiopia captures the pure and clean essence of Ethiopian beans. The cafe’s atmosphere is great, making it a perfect spot for taking photos.
