The food is just okay, nothing special. I ordered delivery on 배민 and the delivery driver had an issue with finding the address and wasn’t able to call my number. He brought the food back to the store. After calling the store, they said they would send the driver back and I would have to wait outside for the driver to arrive. After delivery, the customer service called and said they want an extra 5000 won for the second delivery. They did not mention this at all when I called before and I feel like they tricked me with these hidden fees. It was not my fault the driver was not able to call my number. My number was verified on 배민 and the customer service was able to reach me just fine. They ask me to pay for an issue that was not my fault at all. Horrible service. Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 2 Service: 1
