We stumbled in following a group of locals. 2nd floor is a bar, top floor is a open air dining area that had heaters and blankets available. They're known for the chicken steak but as beef people we were hesitant - but it was amazing! My husband has been trying to figure out how they did it ever since we got back. Staff was so nice and I bet it's a busy spot at night! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
