Such an amazing experience. Kudos to the Escondido team for such a wonderful menu. The service was world class. I found the tequila and agave pairing very interesting as well every dish was so tasty! I wish to be back someday. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I loved this restaurant’s vibes, it felt like I was having dinner in a grotto in Mexico. My favorite dish was the snapper al pastor taco, I could have eaten three. I had a great seat watching the team compose the food; it felt like I was on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. Listening to the chef explain the motivation behind the creation of the dishes was inspired. And I learned so much about the different types of corn, I had no idea! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Michelin One-Star Mexican restaurant in Seoul! A bit pricey, with a fixed set menu, but well worth it. The space is limited, with only counter/bar seating. The food is exquisitely prepared, and someone is there to explain each dish, as well as any paired alcohol. I recommend the tequila/mezcal pairing. Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
