We're truly sorry for the inconvenience during your visit. The green tea base should flow down around the sides of the drink, but it seems that part didn't turn out as it should. I've shared the photo you uploaded with our staff and have spoken with them about improving this. We sincerely apologize for falling short on the visual presentation of the beverage.
